How long does it take to process orders?

​

You say Cheeky Cheer! We say quality! Your handmade garment is carefully and cheerfully crafted by yours truly! Trained Fashion Designer/Owner/Operator.  Processing lead time is 3-5 business days to ensure your garment arrives at its Cheeky best!

What's the estimated shipping time?

​

Shipping within the US typically takes 3-5 business days.  Be sure to sign up for delivery updates! Please note that international shipping is not currently available.

What is your return policy?

​

If you've changed your mind about a Cheeky purchase, cancellation requests are accepted prior to shipping. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

We will provide a free pre-paid return label for a complete refund within 10 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of package return.

We will provide a free pre-paid return label for exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Your replacement Cheeky will be shipped 2-3 business days of package return.

*Damaged items (torn, burned, soiled) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
