Cancellations
If you've changed your mind about a Cheeky purchase, cancellation requests are accepted prior to shipping. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Returns within 10 days from delivery
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Cheeky purchase, we will provide a free pre-paid return label for a complete refund within 10 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of package return.
Exchanges within 30 days from delivery
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Cheeky purchase, we will provide a free pre-paid return label for exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Your replacement Cheeky will be shipped 2-3 business days of package return.
*Damaged items (torn, burned, soiled) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
